Emma W. Morris |
Emma W. Morris, Founding Partner in 1991. Emma heads The Morris Group in Atlanta, GA. She has held executive positions with IBM, Ernst & Whinney and Dun & Bradstreet Software and served as founding CEO for three technology companies subsequently acquired by global firms. An expert on rapid growth, merger integration and corporate change, Emma graduated cum laude from Emory University and earned an MBA in international marketing from the University of South Carolina. She serves on numerous for-profit and not-for-profit boards. Emma created this consulting and coaching firm to give her a platform for sharing her expertise with growth-oriented organizations and their leaders. Over the last 18 years, Emma put together a group of highly experienced and motivated professionals and armed them with proprietary, proven tools needed to provide that exceptional level of services her clients need – and expect. Emma’s passion is advising and coaching executives to become phenomenal leaders and growers of leaders throughout their organizations. She believes people are the life and future of the organization and that every generation has much to learn from those ahead and behind them. Her latest work in this area is found in her new book, “Wingtips for Women: Success Without Compromise."

Ronda R. Sides |
Ronda R. Sides, Principal since 1999. Ronda provides financial consulting services to emerging companies. Her focus is on helping clients determine their capital needs, valuing entities and providing an overall strategy for financing the activities of the company. Ronda’s expertise results from experience as founder and CEO of Omni Technology Centers (OTC) ExtremeLogic, an IT consulting and training firm that was acquired by Hewlett-Packard; as well as her experience as an investment banker with Bear, Stearns & Co., and in sales and account management roles with MSA/D&B Software, a business applications software vendor. She serves on several for-profit and not-for-profit boards, and on the Board of Trustees of her alma mater, Georgia Institute of Technology. She received her MBA in Finance from the Wharton School.

Laura N. Jesseph |
Laura N. Jesseph, Principal since 2000. Laura provides the firm hand of experience required to guide clients from strategy through execution. Her focus is on developing tactical execution plans that align the organization for successful execution of its strategy. She uses her project management skills and our proven execution processes to align branding and corporate identity to strategy and to identify and implement the technology and communication infrastructure required to ensure successful execution of strategy. Laura also provides research and analysis to support the business and product planning process. Her strengths are in project management, framing the "big picture" and attention to detail. These are critical success factors as she manages diverse, geographically dispersed teams, while combining internal and external resources. Laura’s experience comes from her work as the Marketing Director at three rapid growth software companies and mentoring the Generation X and Y to grow into the roles that Baby Boomers will soon begin to vacate. She has a B.S. from McGill University and an MBA from Mercer University.

Joyce Riedinger |
Joyce Riedinger provides consulting services in aligning cultures, processes, and people with the strategy to fuel change and growth. Her focus is on building the capacity of the organization and people to continuously learn and apply the learnings in creating new ideas, problem-solving, making decisions, and taking effective action. Joyce also enables an organization to build a culture that increases their capability to adapt to an increasingly fast paced, uncertain, changing, and complex environment, while fostering internal integration and unity of purpose.
