Sides, Principal since 1999. Ronda provides financial consulting services to emerging companies. Her focus is on helping clients determine their capital needs, valuing entities and providing an overall strategy for financing the activities of the company. Ronda’s expertise results from experience as founder and CEO of Omni Technology Centers (OTC) ExtremeLogic, an IT consulting and training firm that was acquired by Hewlett-Packard; as well as her experience as an investment banker with Bear, Stearns & Co., and in sales and account management roles with MSA/D&B Software, a business applications software vendor. She serves on several for-profit and not-for-profit boards, and on the Board of Trustees of her alma mater, Georgia Institute of Technology. She received her MBA in Finance from the Laura N. Jesseph, Principal since 2000. Laura works with rapid-growth companies to align go-to-market tactics with the company’s business strategies. Her focus is developing tactical execution plans, aligning branding and corporate identity to overall strategy and identifying automated sales and marketing solutions and communications strategies that support the company strategy. Laura also provides research and analysis to support the business and product planning process. Her strengths are in project management, framing the "big picture" and attention to detail. These are critical success factors as she manages diverse, geographically dispersed teams, while combining internal and external resources.
